ㆍKTO photos must be used according to purpose of request, within one year of request.    (In the case of a republication or reprint after 1 year of use with or without alterations, photo(s)    must repurchased/reapproved.)

ㆍPayment must be made by credit card, and photos may be downloaded once payment is approved.

ㆍPhotos may be downloaded within 7 days of purchase

ㆍCopyrights to photo belong to KTO.

ㆍKTO does not own portrait rights, trademark rights nor patent laws of images, therefore user is    responsible for such rights.

ㆍKTO is not responsible for any and all conflict that may occur between image user and 3rd party    member in regards to illegal copy, portrait rights, trademark rights, patent laws, etc.

ㆍWhen using photos, user must include [Photo by Korea Tourism Organization].

ㆍWhen using photo, content, formality and title must be in accord.

ㆍPhotos MAY NOT be used for corporate/business logos, pornography, adult material, drugs,    gambling, games, slandering or vicious acts, defamation, human rights violation, or any other    purposes that go against the norm.

ㆍPhotos may not be illegally re-used.    (Photo(s) must be used ONLY according to requested purpose, and must be deleted after use)

ㆍPhotos may not be transferred to third party without the consent of KTO.
