The Institute of Traditional Korean Food will host a special exhibition of royal cuisine during the SEOUL FOOD 2012, scheduled for May 8th through the 11th in Ilsan.
In addition to presenting a wide range of dishes that were enjoyed by members of the royal family, the exhibition will also demonstrate the Joseon Dynasty Eogahaengnyeol (Royal Procession), royal table manners, and a full royal dining table complete with 12 dishes. Moreover, visitors will have an opportunity to make and sample the royal dishes.
