Nonsan, known for its tasty and fresh strawberries, will hold its 2012 Nonsan Strawberry Festival from April 13th to 15th under the theme of ‘Best Taste, Best Scent, Best in the World!’
The festival aims to promote the delicious fresh strawberries produced in Nonsan region while providing visitors with an opportunity to fully enjoy fresh strawberries and fresh spring air. This year, hands-on experience programs will be held, including strawberry picking and making strawberry rice cakes, sandwiches, and cookies.
The whole family will enjoy events as strawberry character performances, puppet shows for children, handcrafts, and traditional folk games.
